The Competitive Athlete Psychological Inventory (CAPI) measures the attitudes of the athlete. Important to coaches and athletes alike, there are certain attitudes that lead to success on the field. These include achievement motivation, impulse control, leadership, and persistence to goals. Just as you work out in the weight room to prepare for the season, you can prepare mentally by understanding your strengths and addressing your weaknesses. The test is completed online at home or at school. Directions will be provided by email following the event to complete this portion of the evaluation.

Assessment of Mental Performance (AMP) measures the ability of an athlete to make decisions on the field. There is a balance in athletics between making a quick decision and making the correct decision. This balance is defined as decision making efficiency. EXACT will also look at what makes up this balance including spatial awareness, concentration, memory, and information processing. Understanding your mental performance will allow you to utilize your strengths while addressing your weaknesses. The test is completed online at home or at school. Directions will be provided by email following the event to complete this portion of the evaluation.
